  41.   HOPELESSLY IN DEBT?  Need a systematic way to rid yourself of it? The Debt
  42.   Analyzer is the answer!  Now the techniques used by banks and credit
  43.   counselors can be used in the comfort of your own home.  You can produce
  44.   debt elimination and loan consolidation schedules which can illustrate 
  45.   hundreds of dollars in potential savings. How does debt elimination work?
  46.   Each of your debts is given a priority. Each month, your payments are made
  47.   to each debt.  Once one debt is paid off,then that payment is then applied
  48.   to the highest priority debt.  This accelerates the payment on the highest
  49.   priority debt.  The loan acceleration is what produces the interest
  50.   savings.  Several options are available which can help accelerate and
  51.   optimize your debt elimination schedule.  These include "using minimum 
  52.   payments", applying "extra payments" and selecting one of nine predefined
  53.   "priority methods". The loan consolidation schedule is designed to take all
  54.   your current debt information and combine it into a single new loan.  How
  55.   does it work?  Loan consolidation assumes that the new loan has an overall
  56.   lower interest rate than your existing debts.  This results in lower
  57.   overall payments and less interest paid.  The Debt Analyzer allows you to
  58.   create loan consolidation schedules and will determine the amount of money
  59.   you can save by doing so.  A variety of options are available to tailor the
  60.   loan consolidation to your specific needs.  These include the ability to
  61.   specify the term or payment of the consolidated loan or the sum of all debt
  62.   payments may be used as the consolidated loan payment.

  119.   software program designed with ease and flexibility in mind. It comes
  120.   complete with a variety of loan tools for calculating Loan Amortization
  121.   Schedules, Loan Charts and Loan Calculators for solving for missing values.
  122.   Each financial tool contains a variety of options to allow maximum
  123.   flexibility. The Loan Amortization tool allows variable payments, interest
  124.   rates and compounding methods.  Professional schedules can be generated
  125.   with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual detail.  Special options are
  126.   available to illustrate the savings incurred with an early payoff of a
  127.   loan.  Several predefined acceleration methods are available in addition to
  128.   a variable payment which allows optimum flexibility.  Accelerated schedules

  142.   The Debt Analyzer, a financial software package for the IBM PC, is the
  143.   perfect tool to help reduce and eliminate debt.  Debt reduction can be
  144.   illustrated through a loan payment schedule or through loan consolidation.
  145.   Up to 20 debts can be handled at one time.  The loan payment schedule
  146.   displays the payments to be applied to each debt and the balance of each
  147.   debt until the balance reaches zero. Minimum payments or current payments
